Workshops Registration

Winter Session 1 Begins Week of January 23rd!

Each session will run for 4 weeks. Registrations and payments can only be processed through the Sign-up Genius link below (no paper registrations will be accepted). Each workshop has a maximum number of participants, so be sure to sign up early! Registration will close on January 20th.

Payment will only be accepted via Sign-Up Genius. Please note that the price is for all 4 sessions (for 8 sessions of Chorus or Recorder). There is a 5% + .50 per transaction.

Ceramics with the "Giggling Pig"

Each week students will make ceramics and slime to take home. Taught by Jeffrey parent and owner of the Giggling Pig Art Studio in Guilford, Nikki Towle. Meets 2/12, 2/26, 3/4, 3/18, 3/25. Open to grades K-3rd

Tennis - Grades K & 1 Tuesdays

This fun class is led by former USTA employee, Meg Farmer. Students will learn and practice tennis & team building skills, play games, and have lots of FUN. The court, balls, racquet & net are adapted to the size & skill level of youth players so students can have fun right from the start! All equipment will be provided. Open to grades K-1st on Tuesday mornings from 8:00-8:45. Will meet on 2/13, 2/27, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19. Cost: $100 for 5 sessions.

Nature Cub- Mondays

Students will connect with themselves, connect with nature and connect with each other through a variety of nature-inspired team building and exploration activities. Some activities include shelter building, hiking, nature crafts, plant and tree identification, pond probing, learning about different ecosystems, and outdoor nature themed games. Kids Run the World

Inspiring kids to live and love a fit life while fostering supportive and encouraging environment through team running activities including dynamic stretches, run-walk intervals, playing fun running games such as shark and minnows and capture the flag, and participating in relay races. Our goal is to prepare our students for a 1 mile fun run on Jeffrey property at the end of the 5 session block in March! Open to grades 2 - 3. Meets on Thursday Afternoons. This class is led by Certified Personal Trainer Josh MacNiven from PEAK Physical Fitness. Students will practice and apply various skills like: crawling, rolling, jumping, landing and balance training all while having FUN! Jeffrey Newspaper Thursdays

We will create a school newspaper that will report on Jeffrey news, feature creativity or activities around Jeffrey and report on topics of interest to our students! Students will interview, take pictures, write stories, and draw artwork that would be shared with the entire school community! Come ready to write, write, write! Open to grades 2 & 3.
